Over the past decade, I’ve built a solid track record in the Netherlands’ real estate market. Starting out in acquisitions at a Dutch investment firm, I co-founded Telestho Vastgoed with my collaegue Pascal Van de Schans and turned it into a dynamic acquisition bureau. We consistently handled around 20 deals a year, topping €25 million annually in volume.

Over the years, we expanded by launching James Herman B.V., which scaled up our investment reach and after that Hermosa Properties B.V. came into play with a financial investor, pushing our portfolio past €25 million in direct investments and over €200 million in total deal volume.

Our current dutch real estate investement portfolio consists of 55 units
3 barbershops, 3 restaurants, 10 retail stores, 1 real estate brokers office, 1 photo studio, 2 active re-development projects creating, 11 condo) and 25 residential condos

Most of our work has centered on the Amsterdam area and the broader Dutch market, especially in off-market investments. Below, you’ll find images of some of the properties we've handled.
