My name is Sander Losecaat Vermeer —I am a real estate agent and investor.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, I’ve spent over 15 years immersed in real estate — from acquisitions and active real estate investment to building long-term portfolios. Along the way, I’ve closed more than $200 million in real estate deals, with a special focus on off-market opportunities and value-add projects.

In 2022, I relocated to Santa Monica, California, after my wife accepted a faculty position at USC. This move gave me the chance to hit reset, both personally and professionally. I’ve since obtained my California real estate license and am embracing the exciting challenge of navigating and contributing to the dynamic Los Angeles market.

While real estate is a major part of my life, it’s far from the only one. I’m passionate about travel, photography, great food, and finding the best coffee in town. I’ve also competed in golf at a high level and love staying active outdoors. Whether I’m analyzing a deal, exploring a neighborhood, or discovering a new city corner, I bring curiosity, commitment, and a people-first mindset.
