I’m Sander Losecaat Vermeer, a real estate investor and licensed agent based in Santa Monica, California. I actively invest in real estate and help clients buy and sell property, creating the best deals for them—just like I do when I invest myself.

Originally from the Netherlands, I have been active in real estate for over 15 years. In the Netherlands, I have participated in or personally owned roughly €50 million in real estate across 73 transactions, ranging from residential single- and multi-family, retail, leisure, office, and commercial projects.

Additionally, as a real estate investment agent, I have closed more than €150 million in 80 mostly off-market deals for clients.

We relocated from Amsterdam to Santa Monica, California, after my wife accepted a faculty position at the USC Marshall School of Business. This move gave me the chance to step back and hit reset. Now I’m ready, excited, and fully focused on expanding my real estate ventures in the United States—finding new investment opportunities and helping others achieve their real estate goals.

While real estate is a major part of my life, it’s far from the only one. I love my family and friends, travel, photography, snowboarding, great food, and finding the best coffee in town. I’ve competed in golf at a high level and love staying active in the gym and outdoors.

Whether I’m analyzing a deal, exploring a neighborhood, or taking photos, I bring curiosity and a positive, open-minded, growth-oriented mindset.
